Sentosa Island is 0.5 km from Singapore's south coast. 70% of the island is covered with plantations. It is home to many animals such as geckos, monkeys, peacocks, and many other species. The island has a small area, but going to all the attractions in one day is very difficult. Travelers should plan ahead for points to go. Some of the must-visit places in Sentosa are Merlion sea lions, Sentosa nature galleries, butterfly parks, and the insect kingdom, and finally game areas.

There are many ways to get to Sentosa Island. From downtown to Sentosa, you can take a bus to Vivo City. Then go to the top of the building and go over the bridge connecting Sentosa Island. If you walk, you only spend one SGD, equivalent to 17,000 VND.

A cable car is an appropriate plan when traveling with family. There are 2 cable car routes to the island: Mount Faber Line and Sentosa Line.

For those who want Universal Studios can choose a high-speed ship. To catch the ship, you can go to the 3rd floor of Vivo City and from there take the Sentosa Express ship to the island.

Universal Studios Singapore is a destination that cannot be missed when visiting Sentosa Island. The park is divided into 7 theme areas including Hollywood, Madagascar, Far Far Away, The Lost World, Ancient Egypt, Sci-Fi City, and New York.

Each zone will give you different feelings through many games, from light to strong. The admission ticket of Universal Studios Singapore is 75 SGD (1.2 million VND). The park is open from 10am to 6pm weekdays, weekends may close later.

Mega Adventure Park is a place that will challenge devotees who love heart-pounding games. This is an area of intense games as well as physical training. Famous parks like Megazip - sliding rope, or Megajump - jump from a certain height with safety equipment on the ground. Each game is priced from SGD 15 (VND 250,000), open weekdays from 11 am to 7 pm.

For tourists who prefer light exercise and art, the Wing Of Time water show will be the ideal place to stop. The show combines music, LED lighting, effects, and fireworks, starting at 19h40 and 20h40.

It will be a great omission for tourists if they have not visited the Merlion lion statue when coming to Singapore. Apart from taking funny selfies with the lion statues, you can also enjoy panoramic views of Singapore from the observatory in the Merlion lion statue. Tickets to the inside is 18 SGD (300,000 VND). This place is open from 10am to 8pm every day.
