The largest pumpkin in Vietnam weighs over 120 kg
The largest pumpkin in Vietnam has a weight of up to 126.6 kg, the length from the stem to the navel of the fruit is 1.2 m. The largest circumference of the pumpkin is 2.3 m.

Recently, the Vietnam Record Organization conducted a field survey of a pumpkin as proposed by Langbiang Farm Company. This unit later recognized the aforementioned pumpkin with the largest weight in Vietnam.

As a result, pumpkin weighs 126.6 kg, 1.2 m high, the largest circumference of 2.3 m. The owner of the giant pumpkin is Mr. Tran Huy Duong, owner of Langbiang Farm at address 7 ward, Da Lat city (Lam Dong province).

The source of this pumpkin comes from New Zealand and the Netherlands. It is known that giant pumpkins are tended and harvested after 6 months of cultivation from the farm.

Established in 2005, Langbiang started with an area of 6 hectares, providing orchids, cymbidiums and cut-flowers to the domestic market. In 2017, Langbiang first tested growing giant pumpkin seeds with the heaviest weight of about 50 kg.

Currently, Langbiang Farm has 3 hectares of pumpkin growing area, the average weight has reached 50 kg.
