Considered as a miniature ancient Thailand, Muang Boran is a huge outdoor museum located near the Bangpu entertainment center on the banks of Bangkok Bay. Muang Boran is about 30km from central Bangkok so getting to this museum is quite simple. There are two ways for you to choose which option is most convenient for you. The first way is that you can go by taxi or grab from Bangkok, it only takes about 1 hour but this is quite expensive. The second way is to travel by BTS tram. There is a separate tram line from Bangkok to Muang Boran, so you just need to find the nearest skytrain station and choose the destination of BTS Kheha station. The ticket price is about 8 Baht/person, which is about 6000 VND only.

There are 116 versions of famous Thai buildings, monuments and wonderful works from across the country built at the Muang Boran Museum. The citadel is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily, from 9-14pm, the ticket price for adults is nearly 23 USD and children are more than 11 USD, while the next time frame is more than 11 USD / ticket for adults and nearly 6 USD for children. You can rent a 4-seater car for more than $ 11 for the first hour and more than $ 6.5 per hour after that, but make sure you're 18 years old and show your driver's license. Another small note is that when you come here you should wear formal clothes, bring a pair of flat shoes. Because the area here is quite large, so you will have to travel a lot and also strips shoes continuously when entering the temples here.
