Top Tower has a 360-degree view, allowing visitors to admire the panoramic view of the city from above. Construction will begin in 2021 and take less than 3 years to complete.
The ground floor is space for shops. Low-rise areas are offices, cultural centers of multi-function. The rest is flat.
Top Tower promises to be the tallest building in the Czech Republic, surpassing the AZ Tower in Brno and at the same time being an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building.
The roof of the building is designed prominently with a giant propeller.
The rooftop provides public spaces with galleries and an outdoor garden for visitors to visit.
